Bunker Hill Monument
This is Bunker Hill Monument in Charlestown, MA (just outside Boston City). In my four visits in Massachusetts (MA), I wasn't able to go not even at it's base. Where in fact it's only a 30-minute drive from our apartment.
During my last assignment in MA (April-July), I took the chance to visit this one, unfortunately it was under renovation. Thanks to my zoom lens I was able took this one picture from a distance. Maybe it would be another reason to visit Boston again sometime... in my dreams perhaps, heheheh....
What took place in this hill? As far as I know, this was a major battle ground during the American revolution against the British.

I still remember this place. And I can't forget the words scribbled, words of Col Prescot(that's the guy in the statue, right?) telling his men "Don't fire until you see the whites in their eyes!" Must have been a battle so exciting to be watched.

crypt, im not really sure kung ano yung nakasulat dun sa statue, di ako nakalapit e, hanggang fence lang kasi under renovation nung nagpunta ako e. pero,sya nga yata yung nagsabi nun, napanuod ko sa isang documentary e...
